The min/max for the IDIQ was not stated in the solicitation and we are getting ready to go into clearance before negotiations.

Since the min/max wasn't stated in the solicitation, and an amendment to the solicitation doesn't seem reasonable at this time, what suggestions are there for addressing this concern?
