Would like to read some of these, since they are so frequently cited. Would my legal department be a good starting point?

    B) Just realized i put it backwards in the subject. Nash & Cibinic Report.

??? Not sure why you are asking here instead of asking your legal department. For the record, each of the Corps of Engineers' legal offices that I worked with (not worked "for") had subscriptions to the N&C Report as well as to other periodicals.

    j_dude77,

If you're with the government in a procurement shop, why not get a subscription for your office? The report is expensive but it's excellent. If you have several coworkers that also are interested in reading it, it can be a wise investment.

If your legal office has it, perhaps you can use their license and expand the number of usings for a relatively small cost.

I appreciate the information. I will speak with my legal department about it and go from there.

    j_dude77,

If your legal department has a subscription to WestLaw, they could add you as a user. You would be able to access the Nash & Cibinic Report, plus a lot more, for less than a subscription to the report. That's what I did.
