What is the micro purchase limit for a one time vehicle repair? We though it was $10,000.00. No we can't find that limit stated anywhere

See the definition of micro-purchase threshold in FAR 2.101.
Vehicle repair sounds like a service and it sounds like a service that would be subject to the Service Contract Act. If so, the threshold is $2,500.
