Looking for 1994 NCMA Article

I'm looking for a copy of NCMA Article from 1994 entitled "Professional

Development and Rotational Training for Military Contracting Folks". The article is from the 1994 Journal of Contract Management, Issue 1. I have contacted NCMA and they do not have a copy in their archives. I also have contacted many friends who I consider "pack rats" and none have it. Anyone who may have it, it would be appreciated if you could share with me. Thanks
