What an allowable OEM markup to an federal gov't 8a small business contractor.

I'm working on a RFP for that specifies my company's product which I plan to submit a proposal.  But since the RFP is calling out our product by name I have an 8a small business contractor asking for a quote.  Is there a limit to what I can mark up my pricing to them?  Or do I need to quote my price?
