Termination Settlement Proposal

Under a CPFF IDIQ Contract, a task order was terminated for convenience by the Government. We processed a Termination Settlement proposal, as requested. Are we still required to closeut the contract IAW FAR 4.8? If so, what would be required for the final invoice package?

Did the Termination Settlement proposal address the settlement of indirect rate adjustments for completed periods of performance? What does the Government CO say?
